The Byre at Inchyra wedding photographer

Susan and Daniel could not have picked a more ideal location and sunny day to tie the knot. As a wedding photographer, it is not exaggeratory to state that one of the most classy wedding venues is The Byre at Inchyra in Scotland. This location offers a stunningly heart-warming rustic atmosphere that can turn any wedding into an extraordinary one. All around the area, you can find original Byre walls, doors, flint and granite, and timbered roofs, making it excellent for obtaining incredibly classy photos. You can choose to get married really anywhere onsite, from the gorgeous Walled Garden or under some trees at Inchyra.  In Susan and Daniel's wedding, they decided to host their ceremony right in front of the Inchyra House itself.

There is great beauty in detail, and with the help of Lemonbox Studios, Susan and Daniel were able to have the most dazzling décor that blew everyone away. Everywhere you looked, there were sophisticated pieces that enhanced the space, both indoor and outdoor. The best part is that the style was not overpowering and really illuminated the humanistic essence the wedding theme was aiming for. From the miraculous table decorations to the elegant lighting, they knew just how to implement the final touches to make the scene exquisite and enchanting.

The originality and the classiness of this wedding was something that could not be ignored. Every single little detail was planned out precisely, including the style of the guests. The women wore sophisticated hats, and the men wore their kilts, which collectively brought fun and the wedding vision to life.  Not to mention their engagement and hysterical black humor made the day even better.

While talking about style, let's take a moment to appreciate the beauty of Susan’s wedding gown. You can tell she put a tremendous amount of effort into dress shopping because her bodycon, deep sweetheart neckline dress was certainly a show stopper. The details mixed with her accessories and hairstyle matched the venue, theme, and her personality perfectly.

Every bride needs a strong set of uplifting bridesmaids to experience this big day with them. Susan's bridesmaids were dressed in glamourous yet subtitle light gray gowns, which really complimented the styling aesthetics even more. Though each dress was slightly different and highlighted uniqueness, they were all matching and really made the entire wedding scene come together.

Let's not forget about the reception. The spacious venue dance floor was never empty, and the drinking cups were never full. As the sun started to set, the glow of the décor lighting made the entire environment feel magical and euphoric. Everyone was having the time of their life, playing games, dancing, and enjoying each other's company, all while celebrating the marriage between Susan and Daniel.

It is not every day a wedding photographer gets the chance to travel to Scotland to capture the most important day of someone’s life. It was an invaluable experience and one that will never be forgotten. Congratulations, Susan and Daniel and cheers to you both! Wishing you a lifetime of love, happiness, and tons of cherished photos to look back on this beautiful day.

Wedding at Ravensheugh Beach The Log Cabin

Wedding at Ravenshuegh Beach The Log Cabin

Writing this takes me back to August and the stunning wedding setting at Ravensheugh beach Log Cabin. I feel very grateful to have been part of Ashley and Ian’s special day. With the help of family and friends, the couple brought their DIY ideas to life to create a rustic, boho vibe, filled with lots of flowers and fun. The temperamental Scottish weather threw everything at us, from rain to shine and back in the space of just 5 minutes, but this didn’t put a dampener on the party atmosphere. I started this story with a few shoots from Edinburgh just because I was fascinated by the looks and atmosphere of the city. Cant wait to be back in June. I love Scotland, cheers!

Thank you.
